Delete Account

⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone

Deleting your account will make you unable to use that account to access Torcons services, including chat.torcons.ai. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain certain limited data for a longer period.

How to delete your Torcons account?

Torcons Web Page

Sign in to chat.torcons.ai via the chat.torcons.ai web page.
In the top right corner, click your profile icon.
Click Settings.
In Settings, click Privacy.
Select Delete Account.
A confirmation screen will appear and you need to press the Confirm button to delete your account.
After pressing the button, your account will be successfully deleted.

Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)

Open the Torcons app on your device.
Sign in to your account Torcons.
In the top right corner, click your profile icon.
Click Settings.
In Settings, click Privacy.
Select Delete Account.
A confirmation screen will appear and you need to press the Confirm button to delete your account.
After pressing the button, your account will be successfully deleted.

Web Apps (Windows, MacOS, Linux)

Open the Torcons app on your device.
Sign in to your account Torcons.
In the top right corner, click your profile icon.
Click Settings.
In Settings, click Privacy.
Select Delete Account.
A confirmation screen will appear and you need to press the Confirm button to delete your account.
After pressing the button, your account will be successfully deleted.
